YouTube has just added a load of YouTube Annotations which allow you to add interactive commentary to your films as well as hyperlinks from your film to others. Now this doesn’t sound much, but it allows interactive and engaging video stories to be created. Just like those Fighting Fantasy books I used to read as a kid.
This is perfectly put into practice by Rupert Howe who shot this series of interactive videos which demonstrate it perfectly:
